With the goal of minimizing the destructive or unpleasant forces of vibration, our staff of technical experts uses specialized test equipment and data acquisition systems capable of simulating all commonly used frequency and amplitude cycles.

In addition, time and cost savings can be achieved by performing the tests under various environmental conditions to dramatically expand the scope of vibration tests.

By exposing vibrating components to extremes of temperature and humidity, engineers gain important insights into the basic strengths of their product designs, and their compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.

Typical components exposed to vibration testing include: seats and seat frames, door panels, instrument panels, consoles, shifter columns and brake assemblies.
