This 3-in-1 easy-to-use formula: cleans and prepares the surface without leaving any residue … it then 'floats' the vinyl providing ample time to reposition 'straighten' graphics...and it activates the adhesive to create a strong bond between the surface and graphic without need for heat guns or lamps.
