Rubbercraft® Corporation of California and Alloy Die Casting Company are sister corporations that combine marketing and engineering capabilities to provide "one-stop" shopping for customers' die casting and seal requirements. Each company has over 45 years of experience in the creation of products, and combined together they can provide complete subassemblies at a lower installed cost. Both companies are subsidiaries of Sanders Industries, a privately held company.
Core Businesses
Rubbercraft® Corporation of California designs, develops, and manufactures elastomeric seal products used in the aerospace, telecommunications and medical industries. The company's capabilities include precision molded elastomers (with option of metal & fabric impregnation or Teflon® skin), extrusions, and conductive elastomers for EMI and RFI shielding. The company offers in-house laboratory and chemical testing capabilities as well as complete tool & die and machining services. As an added benefit, Rubbercraft offers an extensive inventory of standard extrusion dies and gasket molds which can considerably lower the total production cost.
The company, located in Gardena, California, has over 90 years of unmatched expertise in engineering and designing products that meet rigid commercial aerospace, medical and MIL specs.
Alloy Die Casting Company produces large, small and complex die castings using aluminum and zinc/aluminum alloys. Customer-furnished or jointly-developed designs and products are produced to meet applicable military, medical, commercial and automotive specs. The company can furnish castings up to 300 square inches in surface area. They offer engineering support, custom tool design and fabrication, complete turnkey finishing and CNC machining. The company has the capabilities to: 1) cast-in-place metal inserts, 2) provide decorative/protective coatings, and 3) bond rubber and elastomer components (seals & gaskets) to castings to create a complete (helicoil) subassembly.
Lower your "Total Product Cost"
Because either company can produce completely finished, turnkey assemblies, customers have a unique source for sheet metal housings or cast enclosures that are complete with special finishes, seals, gaskets, precision machining or metal inserts.
