DTL can provide analysis for material development, design validation, quality control and production control verification for metals. We can conduct failure analysis of metals and metal components. We use our Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) to examine fractures and other features. Our Integrated Dxi EDX Analyzer provides surface chemical analysis. Our SATEC universal tester, with a load capacity of 120,000 pounds, is capable of providing mechanical properties and other specialized load tests.
