Lowell, MA -- Cobham today announced a new multi-year agreement with Ford Motor Company to provide satellite radio antennas across various vehicle lines. In addition, as part of the agreement, M/A-COM will extend its previous agreement, announced in October, to provide GPS navigation antennas for navigation systems.

"We are very excited about the progression of our relationship with Ford," said Dave Williams, director, Automotive Sensors and Telematics, M/A-COM. "They are a valued customer, and we remain dedicated to providing them with state-of-the-art technology. This new agreement demonstrates our continued commitment to deliver low-cost antenna solutions with six sigma quality."

Under the terms of the previous agreement announced in October, M/A-COM is already providing GPS antennas for installation across several Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicle platforms.

About M/A-COM's Satellite Radio Capabilities
Satellite radio, with its excellent audio quality and variety of stations, is one of the most rapidly growing technologies in the automotive industry. Using satellites, rather than terrestrial broadcast towers, for delivery of radio content, users can receive stations from anywhere in the world.

Today, satellite radio receivers come pre-installed in many vehicle lines, and M/A-COM is providing the technology necessary for reception of satellite broadcasts. The company provides external mount antennas for both satellite radio systems -- Sirius and XM -- as well as low noise amplifiers and isolation switches.
