ANTI WEAR 1 Metal Rebuilder and Wear Protectant

ANTI WEAR 1 is a liquid formula which uses a new technology developed at Dynamic Development Co. called "Chemical Grafting". This discovery results in a 90% WEAR and FRICTION reduction breakthrough for mechanical parts compared to 5% of previous technologies. The 90% wear reduction means the surfaces of mechanical parts can perform 10 times longer than their design life. Applications include all types of industrial machinery as well as automobile engines and transmissions.

Chemical Grafting technology is defined as the attaching and continued renewal of more useful properties to surfaces of working metal parts than were present originally.

ANTI WEAR 1's chemical discovery reacts to the surfaces of metal parts under WEAR pressure and modifies the existing surfaces' metallurgy. The modifications create superior part's surfaces with greatly improved mechanical characteristics.

The creation of the new surfaces is a result of three interactive elements: 1) the chemicals contained in ANTI WEAR 1 reacting at the surface of the parts, 2) the pressure exerted on the parts as they work against each other and, 3) the elevated local temperature at the contacting (wearing) high points on the parts. Chemicals, pressure and temperature combine to produce the remarkable benefits of Chemical Grafting.

ANTI WEAR 1 chemically modifies and improves the existing metal parts' surfaces. It does not add metal; it modifies surface metallurgy so as to reduce parts WEAR and mechanical FRICTION to a degree never before attainable. Chemically built in self-regulating capabilities prevent excessive surface build up beyond original equipment specifications.

The continually renewed surfaces of the parts provide a mechanical barrier against WEAR and FRICTION. As the surface is scuffed, the precursor to wear, the surface is continually physically reconstituted and re-profiled by the same interactive elements that originally created the surfaces.

ANTI WEAR 1 is manufactured in a concentrated liquid state. Its chemicals are pure liquids, therefore contain no harmful particulate materials to clog oil filters or oil passages. Such particles sinter and become abrasive when exposed to combustion gas temperatures. ANTI WEAR 1 eliminates that possibility found in outdated products containing: Teflon, moly, graphite, liquid metals, extreme pressure additives, or paraffin and waxes which are all ineffective solid particulate compounds. Nor does ANTI WEAR 1 contain inexpensive petroleum distillates (oil and solvents) which usually comprise up to 95% of the contents in other products.

ANTI WEAR 1 is simply poured into existing lubricating oils, greases and transmission fluids. Installation is as simple as that. Maintenance problems and repair costs due to wear then are reduced to a high degree never before available in machinery. A new era has begun.

Key to this new technology is, it creates improved and renewable surface metallurgical properties on working metal parts that would otherwise wear and cause reduced performance. Such improved properties cannot be manufactured into parts and sustained beyond a relatively short life span unless ANTI WEAR 1 is added to lubricants. ANTI WEAR 1 reverses the wearing out process and greatly prolongs life span of mechanical parts.
