First Technology Safety Systems, Inc.exion/Extension Test Fixture (P/N: TE-207) is designed to meet the neck bending test requirements for the Hybrid III 50th/95th percentile ATD. Junction boxes are included with fixture to connect to Data Acquisition System. Modifications can be incorporated using customer's preferred style of connectors. Connector pin-out is required for special modifications. Six channels are required to run Neck Fixture. The company's standard certification equipment is designed for 120-volt, 60-Hz AC power. Other configurations (e.g., 240-volt) are available. The company can provide turnkey certification equipment and systems services. This includes certification, data acquisition equipment and software installation, with complete system operation testing and training for all components.
