(Aftersoft), a leading provider of business automation and eCommerce solutions for the automotive aftermarket, recently announced that Autopart International (AI), a subsidiary of Advance Auto Parts, Inc., has completed its rollout of "Autopart", Aftersoft's parts distribution management system.
"Autopart" is a revolutionary application and key enterprise building block in virtual supply chains for automotive parts distributors and retailers. Autopart is the first application of its kind to integrate all of the business management processes in the parts sector, eliminating the problem of disconnected, outdated systems, as well as manual, paper-based operations and old-fashioned batch processing. Demand in the U.S. for Autopart, which is already the leading aftermarket technology solution in the U.K. and Ireland, is growing rapidly as companies such as Performance Automotive, Murray's Speed & Custom and now AI have all recently become customers.
