Products: Versatile, recyclable DEXFLEX® thermoplastic polyolefins (TPOs) are used for a variety of injection-molded interior, exterior, and underhood automotive applications. Grades are also available for extrusion and thermoforming.

High-performance SEQUEL® engineered polyolefins exemplify the latest advances in polymer technology. SEQUEL 1400 series materials combine high flexural modulus, high surface hardness, high impact resistance, paintability, low-temperature ductility, and extraordinary tensile strength. SEQUEL 1500 series polyolefins are designed to deliver excellent mar resistance in unpainted applications. SEQUEL 1700 series materials exhibit high impact resistance as well as low coefficients of linear thermal expansion (CLTE) for dimensional stability. SEQUEL 2300 polyolefins are designed specifically to meet the requirements of automotive interior systems.

The company is developing a new family of RESPOND™ TPVs for flexibility in applications where sealing or soft touch is required. We are also the source for reactor-grade TPO technologies.

Automotive Applications Development Center: At this unique facility in Auburn Hills, Michigan, our people work with OEMs and molders to optimize materials, part and mold designs, and manufacturing processes in a production-scale laboratory environment. Parts can be molded in production or prototype tooling, painted, and tested on an accelerated schedule. CAE capabilities permit analysis of structure, mold filling, stress and warpage, and gate/tooling design. A color lab with capabilities for color development and color matching is also located at this facility.

Manufacturing and R&D: The company develops and manufactures advanced polyolefin materials at its facilities in Grand Prairie and Mansfield, Texas. A state-of-the-art production and distribution operation is located in Mansfield.
