Orison was contracted to locate, test, and evaluate the current solvent alternatives, which were certified as Clean Air Solvents by the South Coast Air Quality Management District. Orison Marketing, L.L.C. was additionally given the task of developing a state-of-the-art, sink on a drum type parts washers to be utilized with the chosen Aqueous Solutions. The resulting parts washer (VPW-30), combined with the VPW Aqueous Solutions, reduce hazardous waste, reduce liability exposure, eliminate service expenditures, enhance worker safety, and increase productivity.

Orison Marketing, L.L.C. continued in product development from 1997 to 1999, gathering market information, developing corporate relationships, developing marketing materials, niche and specialty products. By 2000 Orison had expanded its vision and abilities, taking on the role as manufacturer and manufacturer's rep (including exclusives) for over 50 premier environmental products and support equipment in the following categories:
