D & S MOLD & TOOL COMPANY was founded in the Chicago area in 1944. The company was moved to its present location in Marinette, Wisconsin in 1975. In January of 2000, the company was sold to a group headed by Jim Kudlicki and Hugh C. Higley, Jr.

D & S MOLD & TOOL COMPANY is a team of seasoned master toolmakers who specialize in designing, building, and maintaining molds for the rubber and plastic industries. The team of highly skilled machinists and mold makers share a combined history of over 220 years of experience building compression, transfer and injection molds including cold runners, shuttle and rotating features, loading boards and knock-outs, hardened inserted cavities and pinch details, prototypes, thermoset and injected plastic tools, L.I.M., T.P.R./T.P.E., repairs and tool restoration, revisions and press to press conversions.

D & S MOLD & TOOL COMPANY has a primary goal of producing only high quality work at competitive prices to meet the needs of our customers, whose interests always come first. Our engineering department has the necessary tools to design to the specific needs of our customers, and create cost effective solutions. Our well-equipped production facilities are capable of turning these innovative ideas into reality in a timely fashion.
