The ER50 PA is a compact on-line spectrophotometer which is well suited in applications where frequent, non-contact measurement of a product is needed, such as coated and uncoated paper, wet stock, plastic foils, fibers, textiles and coil coating.

The ER50 PA is a compact on-line spectrophotometer which is well suited in applications where frequent, non-contact measurement of a product is needed, such as coated and uncoated paper, wet stock, plastic foils, fibers, textiles and coil coating. The ER50PAF is especially well suited for measuring materials with optical brighteners where the base color and optical brightener need to be measured separately.
Monitoring the process and making corrections before production is out of tolerance reduces cost and improves quality
- Get precise measurement results thanks to the 1nm spectral resolution, 330 nm to 730 nm spectral range., 45° circular / 0° geometry. Measurements are taken 10mm from the web.
- Two different illuminations: D65 (including UV) and D65 UV excluded
- Automatic internal calibration ensures very good long-term stability and precision.
- Ambient light, web speed and normal flutter do not influence the accurate measurement results.
- Advanced correlation algorithms allow you to easily compare results between off-line laboratory readings on a single sheet and continuous on-line readings during production.
- Robust, waterproof design minimizes need for service.
