Spinnaker Fuel Tax is an Excel add-in to compile vehicle mileage and deductible fuel tax records for quarterly reports. The worksheet macros let you enter trip lengths and fuel consumption to generate compiled reports on fuel taxes paid. Unfortunately the data entry isn't well organized and setup doesn't seem willing to accept many entries. When we created a vehicle or unit code, a message displayed to warn that it must be five digits long. However, when we entered trips, the newly created unit code didn't occur on the drop-down list and the mileage wasn't accepted. A stubby pencil and legal pad may be easier than wrestling with this one.
