Perforated Tubes, Inc. Completes New 32,000-Square-Foot Warehouse

Perforated Tubes, Inc. added a new warehouse to increase manufacturing capabilities. Founded in 1964, the company developed the first perforated spiral tube.

Ada, Michigan (PRWEB) Perforated Tubes, Inc., has completed construction of a 32,000-square-foot warehouse next to its manufacturing plant in Ada. The new structure enhances the company's manufacturing capabilities by releasing space previously used for storing raw materials and finished products.

Perforated Tubes, Inc. designed and developed the first perforated spiral tube. The company has been in operation for more than a half-century and continues to supply perforated steel tubes to a range of industries and clients.

"Our expanded warehouse space will definitely help us increase our productivity by adding needed manufacturing space and storage," said David Doezema, Vice President of Perforated Tubes, Inc. "It will make our processes more efficient from start to finish."

A variety of raw materials will be stored in this new facility. All of these materials are used to manufacture the specialized perforated tubes supplied by the company. In addition, they will also be able to store more finished products, which will help by allowing them to take on new projects more readily.

While the extra space will help with their business processes, the company does not expect to make any new hires due to the additional warehouse space. They will, however, look to expand their workforce in the manufacturing plant once they receive additional business from the expansion.

Among the industries served by the perforated metal pipe manufacturer are automotive, architecture, aeronautics, petrochemical, gas, oil, interior design, and paper milling. Some of the projects and applications served by the company are oil rig filtration, acoustical dampening, EMI shielding, structural support, and safety guards, as well as liquid, gas or vapor diffusion.
