Synergy Gold software is designed to provide real-time quality management for users who plan to start small but expand their SPC capabilities as their business grows. The Windows-based software allows users to create files, enter data and display more than 20 types of real-time charts. Charts update as data flows in, while real-time, color-coded and audible alarms alert users to out-of-spec and out-of-control conditions.

According to the developer, the tool accepts keyboard entry and direct input from virtually any measurement device. It allows users to define screen layouts to suit any operation, as well as to design and save custom report layouts. The software features an integrated messaging system that can keep operators up to date on current process conditions if installed on a LAN, and can help prevent accidental data loss by automatically saving information as soon as it is entered.

The tool also offers a one-click toolbar that gives users access to product or part drawings and text files. Users can also incorporate audio and video files into the monitoring process without leaving the system. The software includes Gage R&R functionality and supports more than 30 popular database management systems using ODBC.
