TMD creates prototypes from rapid prototyping, solid model, vacuum casting, silicone molding and numerous conventional processes exactly to customers specifications. Modern prototyping techniques have significantly reduced testing, engineering, and tooling production lead times.

TMD is one of the world's largest producers of rapid prototypes from photosensitive plastic resins. With this technology and our highly skilled personnel, TMD is capable of producing prototypes with great accuracy and speed. These models are built from 3D solid geometry, complementing today's fast paced design environment, while ensuring precise parts.

TMD is a Rapid Prototyping Service Bureau. We work with established clients and also accept requests for rapid prototype models from all interested parties. This service bureau operates around the clock to ensure quick response time.
Using conventional and advanced innovative methods, TMD's model shop produces models and limited run, production level prototype parts which enable clients to review designs and conduct tests under real and simulated conditions. The shop also assembles prototype components when assembly is required.
