Automotive Design and Composites, Ltd. builds prototypes of complete systems or individual components. We use the three dimensional solid model data generated in the design process to create full size prototype patterns and tools, which are milled by our strategic partner's room size 5-axis CNC milling machine. Automotive Design and Composites, Ltd. then utilizes these patterns and tools to create the necessary components to assemble your prototype with. Our skilled craftsmen include certified master mechanics, carpenters, pattern makers, mold makers, body men, machinists and metal smiths. We also have strategic alliances with other craftsmen who have expertise in areas that we may not be familiar with.
