Integral Solutions Announces 24/Biz, 24-Hour World-Wide Technical Support for Industry Leading Software
Royal Oak, Mich. – Integral Solutions Inc. is proud to announce our 24/biz technical support. Now, ISI customers worldwide can receive technical assistance anytime, Monday through Friday, no matter where they are located -- Detroit, Dagenham or New Deli!
Beginning Monday, May 1, at 8:00 a.m. (GMT), ISI's Solutions Desk will be available to any user of DPACT, MPACT, OPACT, APACT or Migrator 2000, with a valid Maintenance Agreement (MA). The service will also be available to users during the first 90 days of the software license.

Based on our pager/callback system, customers can leave their callback phone number and will receive a response from ISI's Solutions Desk within 30 minutes.
