Dana, Buehler partner on electronic operations

<%=company1%> (Toledo, OH) and Buehler Motor say on Friday that they'll team on development of components for integrated controls with motor-driven actuation. "This alliance is part of our long-term strategy to further develop our electronic operations," says Dana's Motors and Controls VP Phil Weis.

Financial terms of the agreement weren't disclosed. Buehler brings expanded DC motor capabilities, and expertise in miniature precision gear assemblies to the deal, while Dana brings its strong presence in passenger car, light truck, and heavy truck segments.
